2. Please click here to register, select the desired workshop, browse available dates, fill in the registration form, and carefully read the registration guidelines.

3. The system will send an email your registration. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment as confirmation of your booking. All workshops in this studio require a deposit to secure your time slot.

4. The remaining balance of the class fee can be paid on the spot after the workshop. You may also choose to pay the full amount in advance through the registration system.

5. If you encounter any difficulties during the registration process, please feel free to contact us.

6. For ease of communication and record-keeping, please provide your WhatsApp number. If it is not a Hong Kong number, please specify the country code. Otherwise, your inquiry may be delayed.

[Bracelet or Ring Workshop]

The workshop accommodates a maximum of two people per group, with each group separated by bamboo curtain during the class. For group registrations, arrangements will be made to pair participants in groups of two and nearby seats will be assigned whenever possible.

[Metalware Workshop]

The class consists of 2-4 participants per session. If you register as an individual you may be grouped with other customers in the same class. The actual arrangement will depend on the situation.

【手鐲或戒指工作坊】

工作坊最多兩人一組，每組客人都以竹簾隔開上課。群體報名會盡量安排二人一組、鄰近座位上課，視乎情況而定。

【器物工作坊】

課堂2-4人一班，如果只有單人報名並製作單件器物，需要與其他顧客併班上課，實際安排視乎情況而定。

As soon as you know you are unable to attend the class as scheduled, please notify us via WhatsApp at +852 52818395as soon as possible.

If you notify us at least 4 days in advance, rescheduling is free of charge. For rescheduling requests made with less than 4 days' notice, a rescheduling fee of HK$400 will be charged per request. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you are late by more than 30 minutes, the class will be automatically canceled, and you will need to pay the rescheduling fee to book a new class time.

For no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited without exception.

Generally, please inform us of your chosen design at least 3 day before the class begins. For some designs, we require at least 7-10 days’ notice to prepare the materials and arrange the instructor in advance.

The class duration does not include time for selecting designs on-site.

If you wish to view the designs and materials in person before making a decision, you are welcome to visit our studio in Central, Gough Street, during the following hours:

Guests with reservations please arrive on time according to the scheduled class time.

The class will start promptly as scheduled, and no extra time will be provided for late arrivals. If participants are unable to complete their work within the designated class time due to being late, an overtime fee will be charged after the original end time: HK$100 for every 15 minutes (any portion of 15 minutes will be rounded up).

If you are more than 30 minutes late, the class will be cancelled automatically. You will need to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee of HK$400 on the original workshop day.

The photo service is a free offering we provide to our customers. Currently, this free photo service is only available for bracelet or ring workshops.

During the workshop, instructor will casually take photos of participants capturing the process of the workshop. Please understand that photo processing takes time, and photos will not be provided on the same day, nor will all photos be shared. We will select approximately 10 photos and send a Google link to the email address provided by you during registration 2-3 weeks after the workshop.

Please note:
The photo service is complimentary, with no additional charges. In the unfortunate event of memory card or camera equipment issues causing photo loss, we will not be able to provide any compensation. You are welcome to bring your own camera and ask instructor for help with taking photos.

Each group of customers will receive one free instant photo at the end of the workshop. If you want any additional instant photos, there will be a charge of HK$30 per photo sheet. You are also welcome to bring your own camera and photo paper, and we’ll gladly help you capture these precious moments free of charge.

Photos taken by the studio are copyrighted and owned by Playback Concept. Under our Privacy Policy, these photos may be used on our studio's social media platforms (e.g. Instagram posts or stories), website, or other related business purposes.

If you do not want the photo-taking service or do not wish to have your photos published on social platforms, please notify us before or on the day of the workshop.

拍照服務是我們免費附送給顧客的小小心意。目前只有手鈪或戒指workshop提供免費拍照服務，敬請留意。
